All orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment being verified or received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday Ex Auckland. If an item has gone out of stock we will contact you to advise and arrange new stock and delivery schedule, you would need to advise if that was not suitable. In most instances deliveries will be made by our preferred supplier unless otherwise notified and they may require a signature for receipt of the parcel.

Any apparent damage upon delivery should be noted to the delivery driver.

The cost of shipping will be calculated and added to your purchase in the shopping cart.


Generally there is no extra change for rural delivery however cartage of larger items like machines for rural delivery needs to be quoted based on the actual address. Please contact us and we’ll provide the cost.
